Exchange Policy

General Policy

  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions.
  • We do not offer refunds. Size or product exchanges only.
  • Custom ID badges and certificates are not exchangeable.
  • Vests with additional patches added are considered custom items and canot be exchanged.

Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for returning the item being exchanged.
  • You will be invoiced by email in the amount of $9.05 for our shipping and handling fee the day we receive your exchange.
  • If the exchanged item has a higher price, you will be responsible for the difference.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be received in new condition, free of dog hair, dirt, or damage. Items returned in used condition will either be:

  • Donated to a charity of our choosing, or
  • Shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Important – RMA Required

You must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Packages returned without prior approval and an RMA number will be refused.
