PLEASE NOTE: You will need to send us a picture of the person for the ID Card after you checkout. Simply reply to your order confirmation email which you will receive within a minute after checkout. A headshot is preferable, but if you do not have one, we can crop the picture for you.
Many disabled persons with service dogs report that they are asked for identification even though by law they are not allowed to do this.
This ID Card will answer the question that is asked of you when you travel with your service dog. What task does your dog perform?

Traveling with your Service Dog
Service Dog ID Badges can help make travelling on commercial airlines much, much easier. The Department of Transportation, also known as D.O.T., Service Animal Guidance for airlines states the following:
* Carriers shall accept as evidence that an animal is a service animal. Identifiers are classified as identification cards, other written documentation, presence of harnesses, ID tags or the credible verbal assurances of a qualified individual with a disability using the animal.
It is fraudulent to represent your dog as a service animal if it is not. Don’t do it!
