How do I get the photo to you for my ID Badge?

There are several ways to send us your photo. You must first place your order online and choose one of these ways to send your photo.

When will I receive my digital copy of my ID or Certificate (if ordered)?

You will receive your digital copy via email the day your order ships.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship within 2 business days. Please see our shipping policy page for details on shipping methods and delivery estimates.

Where is my order confirmation receipt?

Your order confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your order is placed.  If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam mail folder.
