Q. How do I get the photo to you for my Service Dog or Therapy Dog ID Badge?
A. There are 3 ways to get the photo of your Service Dog to us.
Option 1. Email
Simply reply to your Order Confirmation page which you will receive immediatly upon checkout.
Option 2. Upload Your Photo
If you are unable to send a photo by email you can upload the photo of your service dog by clicking this link:

Q. What is the Service Dog ID Badge made of?
A. Our Service Dog ID Cards are the size and thickness of a standard credit card and are very durable. They are not cheap laminated pieces of paper. The id badge is 30 milimeters thick and are tough enough to stand up to daily abuse.
Q. Will all ID Badges have the Federal Laws on the back of the card?
A. Only our Service Dog and Service Dog Handler ID badges will have The United States Federal Law on the back of the card.
