Our brand new Powder Coated Full Ventilation Crate offers ventilation on all four sides. Designed with convenience and air movement in mind.
The crate has two layers of powder coating on the interior and exterior for a durable finish. The finish is a stunning gray fleck on black. It has 4 recessed handles (two per side) for easy transport.
Aluminum for dog crates is a perfect material because it is lightweight, strong, does not rust and does not absorb the sun's heat. We use the TIG welding process for all of our aluminum welding because it provides the strongest aluminum weld.
This full ventilation crate comes in two sizes (alluminum crate shown in picture below);
36" X 24" X 28"
42" X 28" X 32"
There are 4 recessed handles on the crate sides for easy transport (two per side). This feature makes carrying the crate safe without putting your hands in through the bars to move the crate.
There is a welded bar inside the crate side wall to hang a flat sided water bucket so the dog does not tip over the water and have to be sitting in it while traveling or at training. You can also hang from the outside of this bar the crate fan Item: 991035 (fan sold separately).
This crate is solid construction with a stainless steel locking door latch. The door can close and latch without being locked but you do have the option of locking the crate if desired.
All of our crates are made out of aluminum materials and TIG welded. Aluminum for dog crates and kennels is a perfect material because it is lightweight, strong, does not rust and best of all does not absorb the suns heat. TIG welding is a very difficult type of welding to do; it is the strongest aluminum weld. TIG welding is a high quality welding process that is used when a precision welding process is required.
