Identification Collar and a Set of 3 Small Dog ID Tags
The cards measure 2 1/8 X 1 1/8 each - you will receive a set of 3 ID cards.
Most smaller dogs do not wear leashes that are attached to the neck. This Identification collar is the perfect solution for the smaller service animals to be able to wear tan ID Tag while wearing a harness.
This is not a collar to attach a leash - it is for identification purposes only.
The collar is made of soft nylon and has a velcro closure, a sliding D-Ring and Split-O Ring that holds an ID Tag (sold seperately).
Note: measure your dogs neck to assure proper sizing.

Traveling with your Service Dog
Customized Service Dog ID Badges can help make travelling on commercial airlines much, much easier. The Department of Transportation, also known as D.O.T., Service Animal Guidance for airlines states the following:
- Carriers shall accept as evidence that an animal is a service animal. Identifiers are classified as identification cards, other written documentation, presence of harnesses, tags or the credible verbal assurances of a qualified individual with a disability using the animal.
The Department of Transportation lists identification cards at the top of their list and only verbal assurance is at the bottom. Many owners of service dogs have reported that the airlines have required some sort of identification even though by law they are not allowed to do this. Please understand that you are NOT required by law to carry one of these cards, however, they can dramatically speed up your process of getting through airport security, etc. without arguments or confrontations. |
